Michael Arrington thinks that there’s a chance Spotify will be part of the January 5 Google announcement. Spotify is an excellent alternative to iTunes, both desktop and mobile versions. You don’t even need to connect devices for syncing playlists, Spotify downloads music over-the-air and plays it from cache when no connection available.
